Verification of User Reviews

Customers can rate individual products on our e-shop. We ensure and check the authenticity of such reviews by linking the reviews to specific orders, so in the internal system we also see the linked order ID for each review, and thus we are able to verify and prove that the review comes from a real consumer.

In order to ensure that each review comes from a customer who has actually purchased from our e-shop, we manually approve each review before it is published. Each review will eventually be published, but only after we have verified that the author of the review has actually purchased from our e-shop.

The resulting product rating is calculated on the basis of the arithmetic average of all the reviews given, which we have verified as coming from real consumers.

 

We do not verify reviews on 3rd party platforms (https://www.google.com/, https://www.zbozi.cz/ or  https://www.heureka.cz/).
