VEROPAL UV PLUS 121 is a crystal clear two-component epoxy resin for the production of small castings and thin layers up to 1 cm. It is highly UV-resistant, low-viscosity and self-levelling. It debubbles very well naturally, has low shrinkage when cured and creates a high gloss. Short processing time, the casting is clear and hard. It is beautifully fluid, odorless, with a simple mixing ratio. It can be easily colored, or partially fill with decorative items (stones, sequins, shards, etc.)

Usage:

• Production of small castings and thin layers up to 1 cm,
• Surface treatment of coffee tables, tables, furniture, clocks, lamps, etc.,
  
• Production of jewelry and their semi-finished products,
• Repairs of wooden surfaces by pouring over in a thin layer (e.g. chipped parts of epoxy after milling, etc.),
• By mixing with sanding sawdust to create repair sealants for wood,
• Production of advertising items,
• Also suitable for closing pores in wood, it soaks well into wood,
• Can be used for casting and gluing all types of materials (wood, concrete, glass, etc.) except plastics.

• Sensitivity to higher air humidity (>60 %) – micro-crystals of carbonate are formed on the surface, creating an unsightly surface,
• Working temperature – 19-23 °C; cures at lower temperature but curing time will be extended,
• Hardness after hardening – 80 ShD,
• Appearance after curing – glassy,
• Color of hardened casting – water-clear.
